Your first session will begin with the viewing of a short DVD that explains hypnosis in simple, easy to understand language. Then we will sit down together to discuss the issue that you want to work on. We will discuss your goals and your needs in order to create a personalized hypnosis plan. And of course you will be able to ask any questions that you might have.
If you decide to go ahead, you will then enter into hypnosis using modern, proven methods. You will be guided to the appropriate level of hypnosis to work on the goals that you have set. Most people will notice some change after the very first session.
